FAQ 1: Should I get quotes from multiple maid services?

Answer 1:
Before making a final decision you should have two quotes from other maid services. Even if the maid service is referred by a neighbor. Ask the company to provide you with a list references and contact them. Naturally, it is our intent to have you as a new customer of Kim’s Kleaning, but we want you to be sure we are the company you feel the most comfortable with.

FAQ 2: What are good questions to ask a maid service?

Answer 2:
• Is your company bonded and Insured, and if I decide to use your service may I obtain a copy of your current insurance?

• If damage or theft occurs in my home who assumes responsibility?

• Do you supply your own supplies and equipment?

• What exactly do you do on a regular basis, and what do you charge extra for?

• If I provide you an alarm code and house key where is it kept and how do I know that if the key is lost, someone else will not be able to get in my house?

FAQ 3:Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

Answer 3:
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items.

FAQ 4: What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

ANSWER 4:
If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

FAQ 5 : What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

ANSWER 5: Just give us a call 72 hours in advance.

Our Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied, inform us within 24 hours of cleaning, and we will cheerfully re-clean the area.
