Kim’s Kleaning pricing structure is based on several factors. To determine a price for the initial cleaning and following visits we like to schedule a onsite consultation. This will enable us to better serve your needs by becoming familiar with your choice of site (home or business).

Our pricing structure is based on the following:

• Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, etc.
• Degree of difficulty
• Type of floors
• Children or pets
• Square footage totals
• Areas cleaned
• How often we will clean: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
